Safety/Cooling Thermostats
Thermostats that control the oven’s cooling fan cut-in and cut-out temperatures and safety thermostats that protect when the oven overheats. They’re also known as monitor thermostats.
When these thermostats fail, you’ll often have a “dead” oven or it’ll cut out after a short period of running without ever reaching the specified temperature.
