What We Do

We deal with appliance spare parts, including large kitchen appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers, fridge-freezers, cooker hoods, ovens, and more. Often, dealing with specialist, hard-to-get or more challenging-to-get spare parts than most suppliers will attempt.

We do not deal with things we don't know anything about, unlike some parts suppliers that attempt to deal with parts for gardening products and other miscellaneous items. And, we don't sell new appliances; we deal with parts, and that's it.

Why?

It's what we know; we can be sure that when we give advice, it's right, and we know exactly what we're talking about.

It means you can be sure we'll tell you about parts and not try to sell you something else, like a new machine as, we've no interest in doing so.

And, it means when we advise, as we will when we think it appropriate, that you shouldn't buy a part and look at a replacement machine, that is an honest assessment.

In part, this is why NW has been around so long; we do what we do, we help people in a straight-talking, open and honest manner.
