What We Do
We deal exclusively with appliance spare parts, covering washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers, fridge-freezers, cooker hoods, and ovens.
One of our specialities lies in sourcing specialist and hard-to-find components that many suppliers won't attempt to locate because they are too much bother, don't give volume sales and therefore are of little interest to them. But, for the people who require these spare parts, they are very much worth the trouble to find!
And we try to locate parts for people at as low a cost as we can by searching multiple sources across Europe and beyond.
In short, we do our best to get you the best result.
Unlike many parts suppliers, we don't dilute our expertise, hence you won't find gardening products or other miscellaneous items here. And you will find advice on many parts advising on whether we think it's worth buying or not, if things are really hard to replace, we tell you, and if there are cheaper options, we tell you.

Honest Assessment
We have no interest in selling you a new machine. If we believe a repair isn't cost-effective, we'll tell you that, but not because we are trying to sell you something; we are just trying to do the right thing and help people.
