At NWAR, we don't do that. We track down the best prices across multiple suppliers in the UK and internationally, passing those savings directly to you.

Matching model numbers and product codes is vital. Some models have over 100 variations, and parts that "look like they fit" are often incompatible.

Stock Availability & Prices

We don't show live stock levels or pricing.

Unlike most online parts retailers, this is because we will source parts from multiple suppliers across the EU and not rely on just one and that makes it virtually impossible to show bang up to date stock and pricing levels. Couple that with us dealing with many hard-to-get, low-use items that can be a year or more between one use and another and you can appreciate the problem there.

A lot of what we do is very specialised.

And, not helped as manufacturers will very rarely (other than blanket price increases) tell anyone that they have altered a price or even made a part obsolete. You only find these things out when you look them up or go to order them.

For regularly used or looked-up parts, this isn't a problem, of course, but can be on many items that are not so commonly used. Sadly on occasion, that means that we cannot honour the price shown, but we will of course advise as quickly as possible where an error occurs.

The fastest way to find parts is to locate your appliance Model Number. Type it into our search box to see all identified spares for that appliance but for many these days, you often need the product codes, serial numbers etc as noted.

Do Not Order Solely From Images

Parts change constantly in branding, color, and configuration. One heating element or pump can look identical to another to the untrained eye, but they are often worlds apart in fitment.

Just like a car's VIN, your appliance's serial or production number is often essential for a 100% match.

Alternative vs. Compatible Parts

Diagnosis is Paramount

Correct diagnosis prevents "part swapping." An underlying fault can sometimes cause a brand-new spare part to fail immediately if the root cause isn't fixed first.

Custom Order Spare Parts

Many parts are "Custom Order," meaning they are sourced specifically for you (often from outside the UK). These cannot be cancelled or returned once placed, so please verify your choice with us if you're unsure.

It is also the case that a lot of spare parts, these types of special order items in particular, may require updating in terms of availability and pricing as they are not monitored constantly, only updated when we look them up for people as the use is low on most.
