How To Find Candy Group Spare Parts

A guide for Candy, Hoover, Baumatic, Zerowatt, and related brands.

01

The 8-Digit Product Code

Within the Candy Group (which includes Hoover and Baumatic), the model name is secondary. To find the correct parts, you must locate the 8-digit product code. This code usually starts with the number 3 (e.g., 31001234).

Why this matters:

A "Hoover Dynamic Next" machine could have been produced in 10 different factories with 10 different pumps. Only the 8-digit code ensures you get the one that fits your specific version.

02

The 16-Digit Serial

For very specific parts or warranty claims, you may also need the full 16-digit serial number. The first 8 digits are the product code, followed by 8 more digits identifying the technical build of your unit.

Where is the sticker?

Washing Machines & Washer Dryers Open the door and check the inner rim or the door frame itself. Failing that, check the plastic kick-plate at the very bottom front of the machine.
Dishwashers Check the right-hand side edge of the inner stainless steel door. It is usually a small white sticker.
Built-in Ovens & Cookers On the front frame of the oven, visible when the door is open. In rare cases, it is located on the side or rear casing (which will require removing the appliance).
