How To Find Gorenje Spare Parts

The essential guide to identifying your Gorenje, Asko, or Atag appliance correctly.

01

The Essential 6-Digit "Art. No"

Unlike many brands that rely solely on model names, Gorenje uses a specific Article Number (Art. No) to track precise production variations. Because they produce thousands of "lookalike" models for different retailers, the model name (e.g., WA60125) is often not enough to confirm a part's fitment.

Always look for a 6-digit code (e.g., 123456). This is the "Master ID" for your appliance.
02

Where is the sticker?

The Rating Plate (a silver or white sticker) contains your Art. No. Look in these specific locations based on your appliance type:

Laundry Appliances Found on the inner rim of the door or behind the small pump filter flap at the bottom.
Cooking Appliances On the side of the oven door frame or tucked behind the base kick-plate/drawer.
Dishwashers Lightly etched into the top edge of the stainless steel door or on a side sticker.
