Gas
Thermocouples
Gas thermocouples are essential safety devices that ensure burners on ovens, hobs, and cookers stay lit only when safe. Faulty thermocouples will prevent the burner from remaining alight.
About Oven & Hob Gas Thermocouples
Thermocouples are a safety requirement and cannot be bypassed. If faulty, the burner will fail to stay lit once the control knob is released, preventing unlit gas from escaping.
Replacement is usually straightforward, though difficulty varies by oven, hob, or cooker model. Always isolate the gas supply and follow safe procedures.
If you’re unsure about replacing a thermocouple or encounter problems, contact a Registered Gas Installer or repairer for safety. Gas work can be dangerous and must be handled correctly.
Need Help Finding a Gas Thermocouple?

Haier Group & Candy Specialist
Rosieres
Spare Parts.
Rosieres, an iconic French name in cooking, has been part of the Candy Group since 1987. Now under the global stewardship of Haier, Rosieres appliances share a technical architecture with Candy and Hoover, allowing for high component availability across the group.
The Data Accuracy Requirement
As with modern automotive engineering, appliance components undergo constant technical revisions. To guarantee fitment, we require more than just a name; we need the Full Model, Product Code, or Serial Number from the machine’s rating plate.
Group-Wide Compatibility
Many Rosieres parts are shared across the Haier portfolio. We use our technical legacy database to cross-reference these shared components, identifying the most cost-effective genuine or high-quality compatible options to keep your kitchen running.
Verified Suitability
While some spares are visually distinctive, functional parts like elements and sensors often have hidden variations. Our advice: don’t order based on appearance alone. If you are unsure, our specialists can manually verify your serial number for a guaranteed fit.
Confirm Your Rosieres Spares
Don’t risk ordering the wrong part for your cooker or oven. Our technical helpdesk can cross-reference your codes against the entire Haier and Candy network to find the exact component you need.
