Door Seals
Oven door seals (often thought of as rubber) are actually engineered from heat-resistant materials. They prevent heat escaping and ensure even cooking. Faulty seals can cause uneven cooking, scorch marks, or energy inefficiency.
Finding & Replacing Oven Door Seals
Oven door seals vary greatly by model, cavity type, and fixing points. Visual identification alone is rarely enough, so using the oven or cooker model number is critical to avoid ordering the wrong seal.
Regular checks of the seal help maintain proper heat retention. If the seal is damaged or worn, replacing it promptly ensures even cooking, prevents burns to cabinetry, and maintains appliance efficiency.
Can't Find The Oven Door Seal You Need?
Oven door seals differ by model, cavity, and moulding. If you’re unsure which one fits your oven or cooker, provide your model number and we’ll help you find the correct replacement, including any compatible low-cost options.

Spare Parts.
Zanussi components are part of the massive Electrolux ecosystem. This shared DNA means many products share parts across brands like AEG, Tricity Bendix, and Electrolux, allowing for wider availability and cost-effective alternative options.
Model Number & PNC Requirement
To identify Zanussi parts accurately, the model number is sometimes not enough. If you can, please locate the PNC (Product Number Code) on the rating plate. This is a 9 or 11-digit number starting with '9'.
Without the PNC, it is sometimes impossible to distinguish between the multiple versions of a single model range.
Technical Email Support
Identifying Zanussi components is a precise task that requires time. We do not provide technical support over the phone as we cannot send parts blowouts, diagrams, or images during a call.
Email ensures a verifiable trail and 100% accuracy.
Verified Compatibility
Once you provide your Model and PNC, we can track down any part within the Zanussi database. We often identify cheaper alternative spares that are technically identical to the original factory components.
Need Help with Zanussi?
Don't guess with complex Electrolux group parts. Send us your PNC number and we'll identify the correct part first time.
