Suspension Parts
Dampers (shock absorbers) and springs absorb drum vibrations. Correct selection is vital to prevent damage and maintain smooth operation.
Washing machines usually have two dampers or shock absorbers at the base and two springs at the top. In higher-end models, there may be three or four dampers. Dampers do the heavy work while springs mainly provide support.
Shock absorbers can fail due to overloading or excessive use. If replacing them, ensure the correct rating and size for your machine to prevent excessive vibration or insufficient support.
Ordering Washing Machine Dampers
Dampers can look identical but may differ in rating or size, similar to car shock absorbers. It’s usually recommended to replace them as a set. Variations can exist due to changes in drum or tub design, cosmetic changes, or manufacturer updates.
If you don’t see your model number listed or need help identifying the correct parts, please contact us. Using the wrong suspension parts can cause serious damage.
IMAGES AND SIZES ARE FOR INFORMATION ONLY
Component parts may vary in shape and size from the images shown. They are model-specific and subject to change without notice. Always confirm compatibility before ordering.
Note: Some suspension parts may look the same but differ greatly between models. Take care when ordering and don’t rely solely on images.
Beko
Spare Parts.
Beko produces appliances across multiple variants, and identification of the correct spare parts often requires the model number and, in some cases, the product code or serial number. Many parts are shared across brands owned or produced by Beko, including Hotpoint, Whirlpool, Blomberg, Grundig, and Flavel.
Correct Model Identification Is Essential
To find the correct Beko spare parts, you will need at least the model number. Some appliances also require the product code or serial number for precise identification. The rating plate contains this key information, including the manufacturing date.
Variant & Modification Awareness
Some Beko spare parts have been modified over time, so the replacement part may differ visually from the original. Careful identification using the model, product code, and serial number is essential to ensure the correct fit.
Confirm Your Beko Spare Parts
Provide the model number, product code, and/or serial number or a photo of the rating plate from your appliance, and our technical team will confirm the correct Beko spare parts for your appliance quickly and accurately.
