Plexiglass Fridge Shelf
A handy clear fridge shelf made from plexiglass that can be cut to size so it can fit almost any fridge
If you are stuck and can't get the correct shelf for your fridge any longer or, you simply want a cheaper option then this generic fridge shelf may fit the bill. It can even be used in freezers if you need as well as fridges.
Although it does not have the rigidity of a glass or wire shelf and is not really suitable for bulky items this is a great alternative when you are stuck and, being made from plexiglass, it won't rust, break or shatter.
To cut simply use a saw and then we advise that you dress the edges with a file or sandpaper to remove any sharp edges. It is also possible to add trims if you have them to fit and this can also help with rigidity of the shelf.

Fridge Shelves.
Many people believe that fridge shelves are an almost universal spare part—this is most often not the case.
Model Specificity
Like most refrigeration spares, fridge shelves are very often completely unique to the model. Since they are ordered by model and part number, usually no sizing information is available. Therefore, it is absolutely vital to use your model number to avoid receiving the wrong part.
Fitting & Construction
Most shelves simply slot into the inner plastic moulding. With glass shelves, plastic trims are often bonded around the edge. While trims occasionally break, manufacturers usually supply the shelf as a complete, bonded unit. Plastic shelves are inherently weaker and susceptible to damage from heavy wine boxes or soft drink packs.
Find Your Model Number
You will almost invariably find the rating plate on the left-hand inner wall of the fridge.
IMAGES AND SIZES ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION ONLY
Parts may vary in shape and size to the images shown, as parts are model-specific and subject to change or alteration at any time without notice. This spare part will only fit the models as described in the listing unless specifically advised otherwise by us.
NOTE: Some shelves and their components can be used in different positions depending on the model. Please take care when ordering and don't rely solely on images as they can look nearly identical!

Spare Parts.
Electrolux is a global appliance manufacturer with numerous brands, some of which are exclusive to specific regions. Identifying the correct spare part can be complex due to multiple appliance variants — sometimes over thirty per type. In most cases, the Product or PNC number on the rating plate is essential.
Identification & Cross-Reference
Many Electrolux spare parts are shared across the group or used on other brands when generic alternatives are unavailable. Correct identification ensures the replacement fits perfectly and avoids ordering errors.
Group Brands & Fitment
Electrolux parts are often compatible across the group. Common brands include:
- AEG
- Electrolux
- Zanussi
- Parkinson Cowan
- Tricity Bendix
- John Lewis (most models)
- Ikea (most models from 2014 onwards)
